  • Signed copy of Paw Parking’s Boarding Terms and Conditions Form

  • Initial temperament assessment at Paw Parking

2. Leash

For the safety of everyone, all dogs are required to enter and exit the facility on-leash.  Remember, your dog may be friendly, but we may have other dogs in the lobby that have not been assessed yet.

3. Temperament Assessment

All doggy guests must undergo an initial temperament assessment at Paw Parking to ensure the safety of all our guests and employees. Please schedule a temperament assessment with our dog handlers before your reservation.

4. Vaccination Policy

Paw Parking will not accept any pets on our premises who are not fully vaccinated.  The original vaccination card must be presented on every visit, which we will then photocopy/scan for our own records if we do not already have the latest version.

We require your dog to be fully vaccinated against Rabies, DHPP (Distemper, Canine Hepatitis, Leptospirosis and Parvovirus) and Bordetella (Kennel Cough). We recommend the Bordetella vaccination be administered every 6 months. If the Bordetella vaccine has never been given, or if it has expired, a 5 day waiting period is required after the administration. For all other vaccinations, a 24 hour waiting period is required after the first administration of a vaccination or if the vaccination has expired.

5. Health

All dogs must be in good health. Owners will certify their dog(s) are in good health and have not been ill with a communicable condition in the last 30 days. Upon admission, all dogs must be free from any condition which could potentially jeopardize other pets. Dogs that have been ill with a communicable condition in the last 30 days will require veterinarian certification of health to be admitted or readmitted.

6. Behavior

All dogs must be non-aggressive to all types and sizes of dogs. Owners will certify their dogs have not harmed or shown an aggressive or threatening behavior toward any person or any other dog(s). Please remember: your pet will be spending time with other dogs and the safety and health of all animals is our main concern. In order to maintain a safe play environment for the dogs, any dog that misbehaves will be given a time-out from the group play area.

7. Hours & Late Pick-up Policies

Sun-Thurs hours: 730am -7pm

 Fri-Sat/ Public holiday hours: 10am- 6pm

Boarding Check-in and Check-out policy: Check-in may occur any time during business hours on arrival day. Check-out is at 1pm on the departure day. Extra day care hourly charges will apply after 1pm.

Daycare Check-out policy: Guests must be picked up by 7pm on weekdays and 6pm on weekends and public holidays. All day care guests staying past business hours will be charged out of office hour rates.

8. Tags & Microchips

Dubai Municipality Registration Tag: By law, the Dubai Municipality requires all dogs to be registered and wear tags. We don't require this for your pet to stay at Paw Parking but we do recommend that your dog is registered.

Microchipping: Dubai Municipality requires that your pet is microchipped. If your pet is lost or stolen and ends up with the Dubai Municipality but is not microchipped, the Dubai Municipality will euthanize him/her without delay because it would be impossible for them to trace your pet back to you without this means of identification.

9. Flea and Internal Parasite Control

All doggy guests must have been treated with an effective form of monthly flea and tick control treatment (Frontline or similar product). If external parasites are discovered upon check-in, guests will be treated with an effective form of flea control at owner/ guardian’s expense.

10. Feeding/ Medication

We feed our boarding guests at two times- 6am and 5pm. Our daycare guests are fed only upon request by the client. If you have any other requirements, please let us know. Owners are encouraged to bring their own brand of dog food as most dogs are sensitive to sudden dietary changes. Please provide ample food for your dog’s entire stay. We recommend bringing some extra food just in case your travel plans change.  You may also want to consider increasing the amount of food that your dog typically eats due to the increased activity level. We do ask each portion be in its own sealed plastic bag. Please label each bag with the pet’s name, and what time of day each bag is for (AM or PM). This will make it much easier for our caretakers to make sure that your pet is fed in accordance with your wishes.

In the event that adequate food is not provided for the entire stay, Paw Parking will provide ACANA all breed food (grain free, high meat content, superior quality food). Also, we provide our guests with small treats throughout the day. Please let us know when you check in if your dog is allergic to anything or if you do not want your dog to have any treats. If your dog requires medication, please make sure it is labeled and that dosage instructions are included.

11. Age/ Sex

All guests staying at Paw Parking must be at least 4 months old. Paw Parking accepts only a limited number of non-spayed/ non- neutered guests at any given time. If your dog is not neutered/ spay make bookings as early as possible. Paw Parking reserves the right to not accept more than a certain number of non-neutered/ spayed guests.

12. Weight loss or gain

Paw Parking’s customers understand and acknowledge that their dog may lose or gain weight while in our care and that this is almost always a very normal reaction to a change of environment. As an aid to monitoring this, all dogs are weighed upon arrival and every two weeks of their stay with us.

13. Personal belongings

Paw Parking provides bedding, bowls and toys for dogs that stay overnight with us. You are welcome to bring your dog’s favorite blanket, toy or any item with a familiar scent. Please limit to two items. Paw Parking cannot guarantee their condition upon check out. Paw Parking does not allow bringing rawhide as it is a choking hazard and chewing them requires constant supervision.

13. Risks

While we strive to achieve a safe environment for all dogs at Paw Parking, we cannot prevent accidents, injuries, illnesses or changes in behavior.  By bringing your dog to Paw Parking, you accept these risks and you release Paw Parking and its staff from all liability arising from the occurrence of such events.

Just as when you send a child to school, dogs can get colds, coughs, stomach bugs and other contagious diseases. Just as your child’s school does not pay for doctor’s visits when your child is injured or becomes sick, Paw Parking does not pay for vet bills if your dog becomes sick or is injured while with us.

14. Veterinary attention

If your pet becomes ill under Paw Parking’s care, we will take him or her to your preferred veterinarian or if your vet is unavailable, we will use our preferred veterinary clinic. We charge a vet-handling fee for this service and will invoice you for the vet charges plus the handling fee at the end of your pet's stay with us. Paw Parking is not liable for veterinary fees for care provided to your pet while in our care.

15. Payment terms

All known fees, such as boarding, must be paid in full upon arrival. All unknown or unanticipated fees, such as flea and tick protection, vet bills or extended stays, must be paid in full upon departure. Any over-payments will be credited to your account for use at a later date.

16. Cancellation & Holiday deposit

For non- holidays, please notify us of your cancellation 24 hours in advance. For holiday reservations, please notify us one week in advance.         AED 500 deposit is required for all holidays and peak season reservation. We accept credit cards, cash, or bank transfers. Our peak periods are from 15 June to 15 September, 15 December to 15 January.
We refund deposits to store credit.

17. Photos, Videos and Webcam

Photos, videos and webcam footage of the dogs, staff or clients at Paw Parking may be used on our website, social media, lobby displays or in other marketing material.  You consent to our use of your or your dog’s image, likeness and name in such marketing materials. All photos, video and webcam images are the property of Paw Parking.

18. When the unthinkable happens

A few times a year, we find ourselves in the terrible situation of caring for pets whose owners have become unreliable with regard to maintaining the costs associated with the care of their pets, or those who have simply disappeared. Paw Parking reserves the right to remove your pet from our care under the following conditions: If your pet is not collected by the end of the boarding period for which you have paid and Paw Parking is not able to reach you to collect payment for continued boarding either directly from you or from your credit card.
